Description

British redcoats swarming over the walls of a wooden stockade and driving the Burmese fighters back. An aquatint after Lieutenant Joseph Moore of the 89th Regiment, published in his 'Views taken at or near Rangoon, and combined operations in the Birman Empire', an account of the First Anglo-Burmese War (1824-6).

Condition:

A good example.
