Description

A plan of Victoria Park published four years before it opened to the public, with intended improvements to Bethnal Green Road (now Approach Road) and Silk Mill Row (now Wick Road). None of the lakes have been laid out. The map was published in the 18th Report of the Woods, Forests, & Land Revenues, the Parliamentary body overseeing the Crown Estates.
