Description
A detailed plan of Florence, orientated with north to the bottom of the map, as indicated by the arrow with two snakes entwined. Bottom right is a view of the city from the Boboli Gardens.
The map was published shortly after Ferdinand III was restored as grand duke of Tuscany, after the fall of Napoleon in 1814.
